Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is available within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. For international orders outside of these countries, please contact info@simplyclassic.net to request a shipping quote.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weights and shipping destinations. If the amount charged exceeds the actual shipping cost by $5 or more, we will automatically refund the difference to your original payment method.

Orders are shipped using the service provider selected at checkout. Exception: Simply Classic reserves the right to use an alternative carrier for orders requiring nonstandard packaging or weighing more than 40 pounds, if another service provider is better suited for the shipment.

Shipping Timelines

Orders for ready-made products are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that shipping delays caused by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. While Simply Classic is not responsible for carrier-related losses, we will assist by filing a claim on your behalf.

Custom orders, including custom Bag Making Kits, require approximately 7 to 10 days to process. We will keep you informed of your order’s progress and provide tracking information once it has shipped.

Class kits for online classes will ship on the date indicated on the class calendar.

Subscription boxes ship during the following dates only. If you subscribe after the shipping period ends, you will receive your first box the following quarter.

  • Spring Box (Q1): March 15-31
  • Summer Box (Q2): June 15-30
  • Autumn Box (Q3): September 15-30
  • Winter Box (Q4): December 15-31
