Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscriptions work, including payment, delivery, and how you can manage your subscription.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay for the full year in advance with a yearly/annual subscription.
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their current term (quarterly or annually). If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the links in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account. Changes take effect for the next scheduled payment period.
Payment Options
We offer two payment plans:
Yearly Subscriptions

Pay for one year (4 boxes) in advance.

Shipping is charged only on the first box; the following three boxes ship free.

Because payments are prepaid, you cannot skip individual boxes.

Yearly subscriptions automatically renew after one year unless cancelled by the subscriber.
- Available for U.S. shipping only.
Quarterly Subscriptions

Pay quarterly (one box every three months).

Shipping is charged for each box.

You may skip or pause a shipment before the 1st of the month that it is scheduled to ship (March, June, September, December).

Quarterly subscriptions automatically renew each quarter unless cancelled by the subscriber.
Skipping or Pausing a Subscription
If you are on a quarterly plan, you can skip or pause upcoming boxes.

Log in to your account or use the link in your order confirmation email.

Changes must be made before the 1st of the month that a box scheduled to ship (March, June, September, December).
Note: Yearly subscriptions cannot skip or pause quarterly shipments because the payment covers the full year.
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future charges and deliveries after the current payment term ends.

Refunds for boxes already shipped are not available.
